Mission and Vision

The mission of AllergyFree Passport® is to enrich allergen-free lifestyles worldwide. 

Our vision is two-fold:

  1. Empower individuals with the knowledge to safely eat outside the home, travel and explore the world while managing food allergies, celiac / coeliac disease & special diets.

  2. Educate businesses to recognize and expand their offerings for individuals with special dietary requirements.

It is our intention to achieve our global vision by creating educational products and business services to increase the number of:

  • Individuals who safely dine out and travel with special diets
  • Restaurants, hotels, airlines, cruise lines and railroads that offer allergen-free meals as part of their standard services
  • Hospitality, travel and transportation resources that cater to guests with special needs
  • Manufacturing companies that offer allergen-free products

On a worldwide basis, we:

  • Educate the public with special dietary requirements on what to eat and how to order
  • Train hospitality, tourism and product manufacturing professionals about food allergies, intolerances, sensitivities and celiac / coeliac
  • Assist industries in promoting and delivering allergen-free client services
  • Minimize the anxiety associated with eating outside the home and traveling with special food needs
